Using 2 strands of embroidery floss: 
– 14 count H:12,4 cm , L:  from 12,8 cm to 18,2 cm
– 16 count: H: 10,3 cm , L:  from 10,6 cm to 15,1 cm
– 18 count: H: 8,8 cm , L: from 9,1 cm to 13 cm

Using 1 strand of embroidery floss: 
– 20 count: H:7,7 cm , L: from 8 cm to 11,3 cm

Choose your embroidery floss and use 1 or 2 strands, as you wish.
