There are two versions on the same chart  (red and pink).

Use an off-white fabric with DMC flosses

Version 2 (pink) : 3806,3804,734,471,937,3726 (not supplied). 

May also be embroidered on a tea-towel, such as “Bonn” from Graziano – 20 count.
